Kalon AI is an adult AI companion app and image generator in one web app. You pick or build a fictional character, chat with her, and generate pictures and short videos of the same character.
Its biggest strength is that chat, images and video share one character and one coin balance. The main catches are the coin cost of video, coin pack prices shown only after you sign in, and no native app.
We rate Kalon AI 7.5/10, Recommended. It suits adults who want a companion and matching visuals in one place and are happy to use a browser.

How We Reviewed Kalon AI
For this 4 October 2026 update we read Kalon AI's public pages without signing in. These were the home page and its plans, the FAQ, the generator, the character creator, the prompt guide, the changelog, the guidelines and its policies.
We did not subscribe, chat with a character or generate images or video for this update. The coin prices come from the generator's Generate button, which shows the cost before you sign in.
Our earlier version had tested sub scores, comments from user forums and coin pack prices from account screenshots. We removed all of that because we could not check it on Kalon AI's public pages today.
What Is Kalon AI?
Kalon AI is an adult AI companion platform with a built in NSFW image and video generator. Its FAQ calls it an AI girlfriend app and NSFW image generator in one, built around characters you pick or create.
The home page lists more than 100 ready made characters. You can also design your own in a five step wizard covering profile, appearance, features, physique and details, in a realistic or anime style.
Who Runs Kalon AI
The Privacy Policy names Kalon LLC as the operator, and the Complaints Policy gives its address in Carson City, Nevada. The Terms of Service send disputes to individual arbitration instead of class actions or jury trials.
How Does Kalon AI Work?
You can preview the character wizard without an account. Saving a character and generating its portrait needs a free account, and each saved character can then be used for chat and images.
Chat and Memory
Kalon AI says its characters remember your story over time and that you can ask them for selfies and other images. Its changelog says image generation from chat now considers recent conversation context.
The changelog entry for 30 September 2026 added a chat model called Katie and says long chats now remember more.
Subscribers get Katie for up to 1,000 messages a day, shared with the Natasha model. Without a subscription, Katie is a one time unlock of 1,000 coins, then 1,000 coins for each pack of 1,000 messages.
Images and Video
The generator has Image, Video and Experimental modes. You describe a scene, add a character and optional details, then pick a realistic or anime style. Image mode can make up to six images in one run.
Kalon AI's FAQ says video mode can turn a prompt or an existing image into a short video of your character. Video is listed as a feature of the paid plans, not the free plan.
Voice and Prompt Help
Audio features and a smarter chat AI are listed on both paid plans. The AI Girlfriend page also promotes voice chat with a tone that follows the mood of the conversation. We did not try it for this update.

Is There a Kalon AI App?
No. Kalon AI runs in the browser on desktop and phone. Its own comparison page with Candy AI lists no mobile app yet as one of Kalon AI's drawbacks.
How Much Does Kalon AI Cost?
Kalon AI has one free plan and two Premium plans. These are the prices on its home page on 4 October 2026, in US dollars.

The yearly plan costs half as much per month as the monthly plan, which the home page shows as Save 50%.
What Coins Buy
Coins pay for every generation. On 4 October 2026 the generator showed 10 coins for one image, 1,000 coins for a standard video and 500 coins for an experimental video.
So the 16,000 coins in the monthly plan cover about 16 standard videos, or far more images. Heavy video users will run out of coins first.
You can also buy coin packs, but their prices are shown only after you sign in. The Terms say coins have no cash value and are lost if your account is closed.
Refunds and Cancelling
Plans renew automatically until you cancel in account settings or by email. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
Payments are final and non refundable unless the law says otherwise. EU users can withdraw within 14 days, but get a full refund only if they have not used any paid feature.
The Terms promise at least 30 days notice before a subscription price change, with the chance to cancel first.
Is Kalon AI Safe?
In our editorial view Kalon AI is a legitimate service. Its policies name a US company and address, and nothing on its public pages suggests a scam. It is only for adults of 18 or the legal age where higher.
The Age Verification Policy says Kalon AI uses third party age verification where the law requires verified age, such as in the UK, and receives only confirmation that it succeeded.
Its guidelines ban minors and youth coded content, real people and public figures, and non consensual scenarios. An automated system called Aether moderates prompts, images, videos, chat and character bios.
The Complaints Policy promises to investigate reports of unlawful or non consensual content within five business days. You can appeal moderation decisions and ask for a human review.
Kalon AI Privacy and Tracking
Kalon AI's FAQ says your characters, chats and creations are private by default and visible only to you unless you share them to the community feed.
The Privacy Policy says private chats and content are not used to train third party or general purpose AI models. The Terms still say your inputs and outputs may be used to train Kalon AI's own models.
The Privacy Policy also warns that chats sent through the service may not be secure. The home page promotes encrypted chat, so treat that as marketing and do not share anything that identifies you.
Payments go through outside payment processors. We found no published billing name for card statements, so check the checkout page if discretion matters.
Kalon AI Ownership and Transparency
Kalon AI names its company and address, its main policies are dated 4 February 2026, and its public changelog lists dated updates up to 30 September 2026. The generator shows the coin cost before you press Generate.
The gaps are the hidden coin pack prices and some mixed messages. Its home page and FAQ answers offer 50 free coins at sign up, but its comparison page with Candy AI still says 100, and its encryption claim does not match the Privacy Policy.
