OurDream AI is an adults-only web platform for AI roleplay chat, custom companions, images, short video, voice calls and group chats, run by Dream Studio USA, Inc. It suits adults who want all of those tools in one browser product. Its biggest strength is that breadth. Its biggest weakness is cost control, because images, video and voice all spend DreamCoins and Premium includes 1,000 a month. Our review found a real, documented service with clear safety rules, and we rate it 7.5/10.

How We Reviewed OurDream AI

For this review, SpicyRanked checked the live OurDream interface, pricing, Help Center, Safety Center, Terms, Privacy and refund material on 23 Sep 2026, and took the screenshots used in this review that day. We rechecked the pricing, coin, free tier, refund and prohibited content pages on 15 Oct 2026.

The article separates what the interface showed, what the company documents, and what we could not verify.

• The live interface showed the 18+ gate, Explore, Create, Generate, Group Chats, Upgrade, Buy Coins and account controls.

• The documentation review covered pricing, DreamCoin costs, cancellation, refunds, privacy, age verification, prohibited content, operator details and support routes.

• We did not measure long-term memory, support response times or how far a full month of coins goes in real use.

What Is OurDream AI?

OurDream AI (also searched as Our Dream AI or ourdream ai) is an adults-only AI roleplay and companion product at ourdream.ai. Its legal pages describe the sister domain ourdream.io as the same service and account.

The homepage calls it an "Unlimited AI Roleplay Platform" with customizable appearance, personality, voice, memory, images and voice calls. It also publishes large user-count figures that we could not verify.

The site footer, Terms, Privacy Policy and Safety Center name Dream Studio USA, Inc. as the operator.

How OurDream AI Works

After the age gate, the live interface we inspected shows Create, Explore, Chat, Generate, My AI, Feed and Community, with Upgrade and Buy Coins buttons. Help Desk and Safety Center links sit in the header.

OurDream AI Chat and Character Creation

OurDream AI chat is built around community characters, roleplay scenarios and custom companions. The live interface showed a large character grid with scenario cards, theme chips, Group Chats and adult genre filters.

Create starts with gender and a Realistic or Anime style before appearance and personality fields.

The Help Center cost guide (edited 2 Mar 2026) says subscriber chats cost 0 DreamCoins. Free users pay 1 DreamCoin per message. Optional Genius and Lively Genius responses cost 1 coin each.

Creating a chatbot costs 10 DreamCoins, with the first two images included. The Community Written FAQs (edited 3 Aug 2026) say only Premium accounts can submit Public bots, and each one is reviewed by hand, usually within 3 to 5 days.

OurDream AI Images and Videos

Images and video sit inside the same browser product as chat. The live Generate studio showed pose, outfit and background controls.

Image and video generation needs an active subscription. Help says your media blurs after you unsubscribe and unblurs if you subscribe again, so download anything you want to keep.

Group Chats and Voice

Group Chats is a main Explore filter with a multi-character interface. The Community FAQ says you can click a portrait or type @ to pick who replies.

Voice calls cost 50 coins a minute. Chat narration is free for select voices or 5 coins per paragraph for premium voices.

The homepage says your companion "remembers past chats", but we did not test long-term memory and the Help Center does not publish a context window size.

Community Pack pricing is still inconsistent. The cost guide lists 250, 750 or 1,000 DreamCoins depending on pack size, while the Community Pack Explanation (edited 9 Mar 2026) says 1,000 coins per character. Check the live unlock price before you spend.

Uploading your own photos to copy a real face is not allowed, which Help ties to deepfake risk.

OurDream AI App and Mobile Experience

There is no native OurDream AI app. Help says there is no standalone mobile app and explains how to add ourdream.ai to your home screen from Safari or Chrome. We treated mobile as the mobile website.

How Much Does OurDream AI Cost?

OurDream AI costs $19.99 a month on the monthly plan or $119.88 a year on the annual plan, which works out to $9.99 a month. Both include unlimited messages, image and video generation, and 1,000 DreamCoins each month. Source is the Help Center page Monthly vs Annual Subscriptions (Standard), edited 17 Jul 2026, and the homepage FAQ, both rechecked on 15 Oct 2026.

Free tier update. An earlier version of this review cited signup material advertising about 55 free DreamCoins. We could not find that offer on the live homepage on 15 Oct 2026, and the newest Community FAQ says referrals are the only way to get free coins. Treat any signup bonus as unconfirmed until you see it in your account.

What 1,000 DreamCoins Buys

Mixing media usually means buying top-ups. Coin purchases need an active subscription, and PayPal is not accepted. Help suggests another card, crypto, or G2A redemption keys if a card is declined. G2A coin keys also need an active subscription to redeem.

Cancelling and Refunds

You cancel from your Profile, and access lasts until the end of the paid period. Unused coins stay usable until then, but reactivating starts a new subscription and does not restore old leftover coins.

The refund Help page (edited 13 Feb 2026) says OurDream cannot refund a product once more than 25% of it has been used. Monthly plans cannot be refunded once the coins are used up. Annual plans may get a full or partial refund. Crypto payments cannot be refunded. After a refund, unused coins are removed and your media is blurred.

The Refund Policy (Last Modified 9 Mar 2026) adds EEA, UK and Swiss withdrawal rights and sends requests to support@ourdream.ai.

Does OurDream AI Have a Promo Code?

We did not find a verified public discount code. OurDream does link to DreamCoin and annual subscription keys sold through G2A, and it runs a referral program, but those are not discount codes. Treat third-party coupon claims as unverified unless the discount shows at checkout.

Is OurDream AI Safe?

OurDream AI has a named operator, an 18+ gate and detailed published content rules, but no adult AI platform is risk-free. NSFW content is allowed for fictional adult characters within those rules. Here is what the primary documents show.

• The site shows a mandatory Adults Only age gate before Explore.

• The Safety Center at safety.ourdream.ai names the operator as Dream Studio USA, Inc. (Delaware).

• The Prohibited Content page bans minors and anything framed as underage, judged on the whole picture rather than a stated age. Content involving minors is removed and reported to bodies such as the NCMEC CyberTipline.

• Real people are banned, including celebrities, private individuals and anyone who died less than 100 years ago. Narrow parody of public figures is allowed.

• The hard limits apply to private chats and private generations too. A few categories have a stricter bar for public submissions.

• The age verification page describes Go.cam checks where local law requires them. OurDream says it keeps a verified 18+ signal, not your ID or biometric media.

• The homepage calls the platform trusted and widely used. Treat scale claims as marketing.

Help also admits content flags can be over-sensitive and links this to payment provider pressure. That is a usability issue, not evidence of anything illegal.

Privacy and Tracking

The Privacy Policy (Last Modified 26 Aug 2026) names Dream Studio USA, Inc. as controller and covers ourdream.ai and ourdream.io as one service. The company says it uses AES encryption at rest and in transit, TLS 1.3, and hosting on a SOC 1 Type 2 and SOC 2 Type 2 certified platform. We did not audit those claims.

The homepage FAQ still says chats use end-to-end encryption and that "No one can read them, not even us." The Safety Center is more precise. Other users, including character creators, cannot see your private chats, but AI model providers process messages to generate replies and staff may access content in limited support or legal cases.

The Help Center showed a cookie banner about traffic analysis on our visit, and the Privacy Policy covers cookies, analytics choices and regional rights. We did not run a full tracker inventory.

Transparency, Ownership, and Policies

The Terms and Policies hub includes Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use, Community Guidelines, Prohibited Content and related documents.

• Operator. Dream Studio USA, Inc. (Delaware) is named across the Safety Center, Terms and Privacy Policy.

• IP and DMCA. The Safety Center Intellectual Property page accepts DMCA notices at trust@ourdream.ai.

• Contact. trust@ourdream.ai for trust and legal, support@ourdream.ai for billing and product, and a law enforcement request form in the Safety Center.

• Gaps. "No limits" and end-to-end encryption marketing do not match the detailed Safety and Privacy pages, Deluxe options are not in the Standard Help pages, and the Refund Policy lists extra entities (Dream Studio LLC, Tektopia Ltd).
