SecretUndies Review 2026: A Privacy First Panty Marketplace Still Short on Sellers

SecretUndies is a marketplace for buying and selling worn underwear, socks and similar items, run by SecretUndies Ltd in Cyprus and aimed mainly at German speaking countries. It suits privacy minded adults who want every step kept inside one platform.

Its biggest strength is privacy. Our 2 October 2026 visits loaded no third-party trackers before consent, chat and payments stay on the platform, and seller fees are published. Its biggest weakness is size, with only four listings live when we checked.

Age verification is optional rather than required, and the meaning of its verified seller badge is never spelled out. Our verdict is 5.5/10, a careful design that still needs sellers and clearer checks.

How We Reviewed SecretUndies

We reviewed SecretUndies on 2 October 2026 using its public marketplace, seller and buyer guides, fee pages, Terms, privacy policy, legal notice, verification page and trust report. Most of these pages are in German.

We did not create an account, buy or list anything, or accept vendor access. So checkout, delivery, seller onboarding and support response times were not tested.

Where SecretUndies makes a claim we could not check, we say so. We also recorded which outside services its homepage loaded, using a fresh browser with no consent given.

We score eight areas from 1 to 10 and average them. They are features, user experience, value, safety, privacy, transparency, support, and trust and accountability.

What Is SecretUndies?

SecretUndies is a person to person marketplace where adults sell used underwear, socks, swimwear, shoes and custom requests to buyers. SecretUndies runs the platform but is not a party to the sale itself.

The operator is SecretUndies Ltd, with an address on Pentadaktilou Street in Larnaca, Cyprus. Its Terms describe the service as aimed at German speaking countries, and every shop we saw listed Germany.

How Does SecretUndies Work?

SecretUndies works like a small online shop for each seller. Buyers browse listings, ask questions in the platform chat, pay through checkout, and confirm the order once the parcel arrives.

What Buyers Actually See

The marketplace page listed 31 categories but only four live listings on 2 October 2026, all from a single seller. Prices ranged from €15 to €80.

The featured shops section also included two internal test accounts, labelled as private accounts used to test the booking process. One of the four listings was a used sex toy, which we would expect its hygiene rules to block.

Buyers can also post a request describing what they want, and sellers can offer custom items. With so few active shops, we could not judge how often requests get answered.

How Selling on SecretUndies Works

Sellers create a free account and can prepare a profile and up to three draft listings privately. To publish the shop, they must choose a paid monthly plan, and listings are still subject to review.

SecretUndies bans faces, recognisable tattoos and other identifying details in product photos where they break its rules. It also bans sexually explicit images, body fluids and any content involving minors.

How Much Does SecretUndies Cost?

Selling on SecretUndies costs €4.97, €14.97 or €29.97 a month, plus a platform fee on each sale. We found no separate buyer fee, so buyers pay the item price and shipping shown at checkout.

Older accounts on the legacy Free plan pay a 25% fee, but new sellers cannot choose it. Extra listing boosts cost €5 for 24 hours or €10 for 7 days.

On a €50 sale, a Starter seller keeps €40 and a VIP seller keeps €47.50, before the monthly plan price. Payouts start at €50 and are sent by bank transfer.

When SecretUndies Sellers Get Paid

The Terms say payouts are released no earlier than 21 days after a valid tracking number or proof of shipping is added. Open disputes, refunds, chargebacks or policy checks can delay them further.

Payouts may also depend on finishing an identity or age check with the payment provider, Stripe. Sellers carry the cost of any chargeback linked to their sale.

Is SecretUndies Safe?

SecretUndies is reasonably safe for buyers who keep everything inside the platform, but its checks on who is selling are thinner than its marketing suggests.

SecretUndies Age Verification

Every user must be 18 or older. The Terms say SecretUndies may ask for proof of identity or age at any time, but we found no mandatory age check when an account is created.

Sellers can be asked for date of birth, ID documents or a selfie by Stripe before a payout, depending on the payout setup. That means a seller could list items before passing any age check.

For a marketplace selling worn intimate items, we would expect sellers to pass an age and identity check before their shop goes live. SecretUndies does not say that this happens.

SecretUndies Seller Verification

SecretUndies describes its verified badge as proof that an account passed a defined check step. It never says what that step involves, such as an ID check, a selfie or an address check.

The badge is listed as a Premium plan feature, and the plans page says verification is possible rather than required. Its own help pages warn buyers that a badge is no guarantee.

How SecretUndies Protects Payments

The payment guide says buyer money is held in trust until the buyer confirms the order. Payments run through card, SEPA or Klarna, the footer also shows PayPal, and Stripe processes them.

The Terms are more cautious. They say refunds are mainly handled by the seller, that SecretUndies does not guarantee the sale, and that statutory withdrawal rights usually do not apply between private people.

Sharing phone numbers, email addresses, messenger handles or outside payment links is banned, and filters scan chats for them. Asking a seller to pay outside the platform is the clearest scam warning sign.

SecretUndies Privacy and Tracking

SecretUndies handles privacy better than its size suggests. On our 2 October 2026 visits, the homepage made no requests to outside services before consent, and set only two first party cookies.

• Optional analytics and marketing cookies are used only with consent, through a cookie banner.

• The platform is hosted by IONOS in Germany, under a GDPR data processing agreement.

• Transaction and tax records are kept for up to 10 years, as required for accounting.

• SecretUndies may review chat messages when there is a legitimate reason, such as a report.

• The privacy policy was last updated on 17 February 2026.

Because sellers post parcels themselves, they need a delivery address. The shipping guide suggests a pickup point or parcel locker if you do not want to share a home address.

SecretUndies Ownership, Transparency and Policies

SecretUndies Ltd lists a Larnaca street address, a Cyprus phone number and separate contact points for privacy, complaints and authorities under the EU Digital Services Act.

The Terms say the company registration number appears in the legal notice, but we could not find one there. The legal notice is dated 8 November 2025, and Cyprus law applies to the Terms.

SecretUndies says it will not take part in consumer arbitration, though it runs an internal complaints and appeals process. Its trust report is a self assessment, not an outside audit.

The email that invited this review described the marketplace as international and multilingual. The Terms describe the service as aimed at German speaking countries.
